Shipping Costs are based on Order Total:

Items will be shipped on average within 2-3 business days.

Shipping only in the U.S.A.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we welcome you to return the new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 5 days. I will require a photo of the damages and then we can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.

If a package is returned to me due to insufficient address I will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given. I will not reship an order.

IMPORTANT: It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
