 Let me introduce you to “EZ - ZIP AROUND WALLET” which incorporates the 10-card- slot accordion inserts. Yes, finally another pattern to use up your extra card slot inserts.  I found myself with a lot of extra inserts and wanted something different, so I designed this pattern. It is very EZ to sew on any machine you have.  The design is small enough to fit in your back pocket or fits in your handbag with room to spare.  Not only does the wallet’s zipper provide secure storage for your cards, but it also accommodates cash beneath the card slots.

Fabrics

Recommended fabrics for this wallet: Cotton for the exterior and lining, both interfaced with SF 101. Vinyl for the exterior only, depending on your vinyl choice, it may need to be interfaced with at least decovil heavy or pel-tex or iron on fleece,

Materials List:

Exterior fabric-cotton or vinyl -1/4 yard (23 Cm)

Lining fabric- cotton--1/4 yard (46 Cm)

Fleece interfacing -iron on

Interface all cotton fabric with SF 101

One #5 zipper tape 17” long

One #5 zipper pull

One 10 card slot accordion wallet insert 

One snap closure if adding a small pocket

1/8” (3.2 Mm) And 1/8” (6.4 Mm) Double-Sided Tape (DST) (Recommended)

Logo badge (optional)

Clips to hold fabric together

Seam allowance is 1/8” (3.2 Mm) unless otherwise stated

Pattern includes 24 pages of step-by-step instructions with color photos to help you through each step.  Pattern is designed to minimize waste, requiring only two pages to be printed.
